President and his team met with Hon'ble Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat at MoF on 23 June 2023. In the meeting, President appreciated FM Dr. Mahat on positive aspects of the new Budget and submitted more points to be considered in the days to come. The team included Mr. Bhupendra K. Basnet, 2nd VP; Mr. Bhim K. Giri, GS; Mr. Krishna P Pandey, Mr. Suresh M. Shrestha and Mr. Satish Giri all three EC members and Mr. Sagar Basnet and Mr. Ramesh Karna as general members and member of the Customs sub-Committee at GAN. On the following day on 25 June, President was in a delegation to meet Rt. Hon'ble PM, led by President Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal of FNCCI where President Pandey submitted many more suggestions expected to meet by GoN for the upliftment of RMG industries in Nepal. Both PM and FM found positive to address the problems RMG industries are facing.
