A delegation of the Garment Association Nepal (GAN), led by Mr. Pashupati Dev Pandey, President of GAN, participated in Bharat Tex 2026, organized by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation in New Delhi, India, from July 14 to 17, 2026.
Ten GAN member industries participated in the trade fair and showcased their respective readymade garment products. The participating companies were Pure Clothing, Himalayan Cotton & Fashion Int'l P. Ltd., United Fashion Knitting Ind. P. Ltd., Legendary Fashion Crafts Pvt. Ltd., Shiva Shakti Garment P. Ltd., Anujeet Apparels Ind., Mantra Fashion P. Ltd., Jampha Knitting Ind., Student Handicraft & Garment Ind. P. Ltd., and Himalayan Handicraft Industries.
The participation provided Nepali garment manufacturers with an important international platform to showcase their products, interact with buyers and industry stakeholders, explore new business opportunities, and promote Nepal’s readymade garment sector in international markets.
Bharat Tex 2026 brought together stakeholders from across the global textile and apparel value chain, providing opportunities for business networking, market exploration, product promotion, and the development of new commercial partnerships.
GAN’s participation reflects its continued efforts to promote Nepal’s readymade garment industry, expand export markets, strengthen international business linkages, and enhance market access for Nepali garment manufacturers.
