Garment Association Nepal has organized its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 26, 2021 in Kathmandu. The AGM comprised of two main functions viz the close and inaugural session respectively. The close session approved association's annual report and audited balance sheet for FYs 2075/76 and 2076/77 and estimated income & expenses for FYs 2076/77 and 2077/78.
The inaugural session to mark GAN's 27th AGM had Hon.Minister of State in Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies (MoICS) Bimala B.K. as chief guest while President Mr. Chandi Prasad Aryal presided over the funcion.Three member industries namely Nepal Fashion Ind. Pvt. Ltd, Tricot Ind. Pvt.Ltd and Pulse Fashion Solution Pvt. Ltd were honoured with GAN Execellence Award 2020 for their RMGs export voume to India & Third countries in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020. Likewise, President Mr. Chandi Prasad Aryal and Immediate Past President (IPP) Mr. Kian Prakash Saakha were honoured for their contribution to the association spanning over twenty five years in the different capacities under its executive comittee.
