On October 10, 2025 (Ashoj 24, 2082), a discussion was held between the Garment Association Nepal (GAN), the International Labour Organization (ILO), and SAWTEE regarding possible areas of collaboration to enhance garment exports in the context of Nepal’s LDC graduation.
The meeting was attended by GAN President Mr. Pashupati Dev Pandey, First Vice President Mr. Basanta Raj Adhikari, SAWTEE Executive Director Mr. Paras Kharel, ILO representative Mr. Prakash Sharma, along with other office bearers and executive members of the Association, and representatives from SAWTEE.
